What You’ll Do

  • Create and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can explore and thrive.

  • Observe, assess, and document children’s progress.

  • Build strong partnerships with families and collaborate with fellow staff members.

  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom that supports hands-on learning.

  • Lead activities that promote creativity, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth.

  • Ensure adherence to all state licensing regulations and health/safety standards.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning setting.

  • Teaching license or Early Childhood Education certification preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with young children.

  • Understanding of early childhood development and best practices.

  • Ability to create a warm, supportive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.

  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and dedication to continuous learning.
